I can’t say enough about High-End Handyman Service. I recently bought a house with a raised deck in the backyard. The steps felt warped and wobbly, and at least one was not to code. After I called High-End Handyman Service, owner/operator Tim Houlihan came out to take a look at the steps. He noticed the wood was completely rotten! He tore out the steps and installed hand built replacements. He finished the job quickly and did beautiful work. Now my deck steps are up to code, look beautiful, and may just be the sturdiest part of my house! In addition, I was having security concerns because I have double-hung windows that do not lock open. I was sacrificing safety for fresh air every time I left my windows open. Tim located window locks designed specifically for this type of window and installed 12 of them in the blink of an eye! Plus, despite having to remove/replace part of each frame, he left no mess, no visible sign that any work had been done. I wholeheartedly recommend Tim Houlihan and High-End Handyman Service!
